Cockpit Sales ("the App") is an internal business application provided by AERTiCKET (operated by STP Corporate) for use by its authorised sales staff and employees. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
Cockpit Sales is a private tool for AERTiCKET's field sales team. It is not intended for the general public, and access requires an account issued by AERTiCKET.
We use this information only to operate the App's features: attendance, visit logging, sales and credit dashboards, leads, approvals, and notifications. We do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell your information. Information is stored on servers operated on our behalf (DigitalOcean) and processed by service providers that help the App function, including SMS delivery (TheSMSBuddy) for login codes and cloud file storage for photos and voice notes. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is restricted to authorised users through account-based sign-in.
We retain information for as long as needed for legitimate business purposes. If you want your data corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below or speak to your administrator.
The App is intended for adults (18+) using it for work. It is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
